Evan S. Singer Promoted to Managing Attorney - Bankruptcy Operations

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Evan S. Singer to Managing Attorney – Bankruptcy Operations. Evan has been with Padgett Law Group for five years, during which time he held various positions and most recently in the role of Supervising Attorney –  Bankruptcy Florida, proving himself to be a committed firm advocate.

Evan received his undergraduate degree in Criminology from University South Florida and came to PLG soon after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.  Evan brought with him the energy and enthusiasm to lead his staff to consistently exceed their departmental goals and client expectations. During his tenure here, Evan has implemented protocols which have improved efficiency in the Bankruptcy department and has frequently been recognized for outstanding achievement in client development.

His natural ability to market and overall understanding of how to attract and develop business leads has resulted in increased Bankruptcy revenue, while successfully prioritizing client satisfaction.  His capability to motivate his team and his flexibility in job duties, along with departmental development, has all led to his continued success at PLG.
