About Marissa Yaker, Esq.
Marissa Yaker, Esq. leads Padgett Law Group's Regulatory Affairs practice. She is one of the industry's most visible regulatory affairs and compliance practitioners and a highly sought-after speaker, author, and advocate. Marissa is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Sub-Committee and Loan Administration Committee; the Florida Bar Grievance Committee; the American Legal & Financial Network’s Women in Legal Leadership (WILL) and Junior Professionals & Executives Group (JPEG); and a previous Chair of Legal League’s Special Working Initiatives Group.
