Our New Jersey Practice

Padgett's New Jersey practice operates out of the firm's fully operational Cherry Hill, NJ location. Padgett expanded its presence in the New Jersey market in early 2024 under the leadership of Jaqueline F. McNally, Esq., who has led multi-state legal, compliance, and full-service creditors' rights legal practices in the area for over a decade. The firm's local team is powered by the full operational, financial, and technological resources of PLG. The firm offers comprehensive default services throughout the state, including foreclosure, evictions, title, title curative, litigation, bankruptcy, replevin, and REO.
