Interpreting Case Law:
​The TCPA and Recent Decisions 

This Padgett Law Group webinar will discuss the recent Supreme Court ruling in Facebook, Inc. v. Duguid regarding the definition of an autodialer, potential loopholes from the text of the decision, and best practices to safeguard against state Consumer Collection Practices Act violations. On July 14, 2020, the Federal Housing Administration released proposed revisions to the Servicing and Loss Mitigation Handbook. The last time the Handbook underwent a significant update was in October 2019.
