The future of Padgett Law Group is yours. 

We're looking forward with excitement about the future of Padgett Law Group (PLG). This year, we're bringing together core leaders from across the firm to discuss our collective goals, lean in to the solutions our business requires today, and to put our minds together with the shared purpose of building the PLG of the future.
​Over the coming weeks you will be asked to complete a candid survey and to engage authentically and honestly in a preliminary virtual session in late August. Then, as a culmination of our efforts, we will meet face-to-face over three days in mid-September to build relationships across our leadership, engage in active, collaborative problem-solving, and outline our shared vision for the future of PLG. ​

All attendees will participate in a virtual advance session to discuss onsite logistics, survey feedback, and preliminary discussions prior to onsite sessions and roundtable discussions. Attendees' Logistics Survey should be completed no later than Tuesday, July 25 and the Discussion Starters survey should be completed no later than Friday, August 11.
