Laura K. Conrad, Esq. is Vice President and General Counsel for Padgett Law Group (PLG). Laura's role is primarily focused on providing advice and counsel to executive and senior management of PLG and to its clients on the firm’s practice areas of creditor’s rights, title, litigation and foreclosure, areas of law in which she has actively practiced for over 25 years.
Laura is instrumental in establishing client contractual relationships with PLG, and she is passionate about promoting the stellar reputation of PLG in providing unparalleled, compliant legal representation to default services industry clientele.

Laura is a member of the Florida Land Title Associate (FLTA) and ALFN’s WILL (Women in Legal Leadership) and previously held a position on her city’s Environmental Variance and Code Enforcement Board as well as served on the regional Advisory Board for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund (now Old Republic), and been an IMN panelist speaking on “Litigation: Costs, Damages, Time.” Additionally, Laura provides legal training to industry professionals and clients, targeting areas of document execution, witness trial and deposition training, effective discovery practices, HOA/COA lien priority, and title litigation and resolution, with the goal of providing creative, solution-oriented representation to strategically move clients’ distressed asset cases through to realization of recoupment on collateral securing clients’ investment.
