Joshua I. Goldman, Esq. is an attorney with Padgett Law Group (PLG), serving the firm as Supervising Attorney of Tennessee. Josh’s practice is primarily focused on creditors’ rights with a specific interest in bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, replevin, litigation and loss mitigation. He is specifically passionate about bankruptcy as well as foreclosure. He prides himself in his movement of files and being aggressive in contested files while also communicating with counsel, Trustees, the Court and their staff to come to efficient and practical resolutions.
Licensed in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, Josh is based out of PLG’s Tennessee office and has been practicing law since 2003. Josh regularly contributes to PLG’s client education efforts through authorship and training. Josh was most recently published in the ALFN ANGLE with his bankruptcy-focused article “Can we just PLAN to get along?” and presented at the ALFN Bankruptcy Intersect convention on the panel “Structured Dismissals, Safe Harbors, and Out-of-Court Workouts”.
Josh is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2003; Josh also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
