During Your Office Holiday Celebration

Celebration Hours: 12:00PM – 2:00PM
In addition to organizing a holiday potluck, each office is encouraged to coordinate their own activities such as ugly sweater contests, Secret Santa gift-giving, or other team-building activities. Each office has a raffle budget as well to award gift cards to winning staff members as well as a $50 credit to purchase a "main" for office potluck. An individual in each office with a firm AMEX should make all purchases and include them on one expense report submitted the following week.

Conducting Your Office Raffle:
  • Distribute raffle tickets to employees at the beginning of the luncheon
  • Luncheon Attendance is required to participate (RSVP below)
  • Draw winning raffle ticket(s)
  • Award Firm Gifts to the winning employee
  • The raffle budget should be divided in $75 increments to allow as many employees to win as possible. If your office size and budget allows, a "grand prize" of $125 can be included
  • Remember to take some photos of your celebration and send them to marketing@padgettlawgroup.com

Once the luncheon is over, everyone is free for the rest of the day to enjoy themselves shopping or just a day of pampering! Note: Office parties are structured across multiple days to allow other offices to cover for your office for the remaining hours of the day the day of your luncheon. Remove all décor by end-of-day December 30, 2022. Save all decorations and store the items in a container (on-site) for next year’s Christmas décor.

Distributing Your Raffle Tickets

Distribute tickets as follows to each employee attending the celebration. Simply cut paper to size have each employee write their name on their "tickets" to be entered into the raffle drawing.

Non-Supervisory/Non-Attorney Staff: 6 Raffle Tickets
